Hi team, I would like to thank everyone who works at Midas Thunder Bay. If it wasn’t for you guys we would have never made it to our final destination.. Just a little back story.. we drove for 3.5hours without heat in the (red Ford) truck while towing another car.. as we left the final gas station I felt the heat not working and we had to make the choice, with a limited amount of money. We had to keep going, it was -20 degrees C with a feels like temp of -30deg C. You guys were sent from God!! I really believe it. We nearly froze on the way and the next day we found you guys and you managed to squeeze us in. You got the heat working and we were off without any hassle...read full review
Very helpful staff. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very professional. Once I got to the shop, they took my car in quickly and the work took less than 2 hours. I will for sure be back here again. Thank you!
Here I was travelling from Banff to Toronto for a funeral and had an issue with my catalytic converter. These folks at Midas were absolutely phenomenal. Found the part needed had me up and running in a few hours. Would recommend these guys any day of the week.
