This was my first visit to Micheal's and I am beyond impressed. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly staff that clearly enjoy being there. The salon is beautiful and modern. Everyone there is very friendly, and Michael did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and it was NOT an easy job. I can't say enough good things about this place, I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for hair or any spa treatments. ?

Went for my hair straightening, but they burnt my hair. Had a terrible experience. Would never recommend to anyone atleast for hair straightening. Now my hair are so rough, don't know when will my hair be like it was before.

Highly recommend Sam. When asked about the services she provided and consultation she seems very knowledgeable and has so much passion for her new career. As someone who is also in the industry, I will be booking with her for my future spa treatments knowing I’m in good hands. Can’t wait .

Convenient, professional, wonderful, diverse staff! Have never had a bad day here! So understanding! I missed a spa day because I locked my car keys in my car, and they totally understood, rebooked me without a second thought. I was being so very hard on myself and they were extremely gracious, courteous and understanding!

This was my first experience at Michael's Hair Design and Day Spa.Simran gave me a beautiful, and much appreciated pedicure. The staff was friendly and professional. I will be back.

I’ve been going to Canada micro blading for over a year Nada was/is wonderful so talented and customer service is excellent. I go every 5 weeks for waxing and never once has the receptionist at Michaels greeted me she just rings upstairs and I go up where I get a warm reception. A couple of weeks ago I tried to book a spa package with a gift certificate I received. I asked what packages they have and was abruptly told “I don’t know look online” then I asked can I book online also and was given a dirty look and was told “”NO” so I asked well how do I book then, well I guess she thought I was stupid because I got the nastiness look and then she got up and left me standing there. I left without booking a spa pkg. Today I was at Michaels again went upstairs and then before I left I tried to book the pkg but this time I’d looked online and had an idea what I wanted but I came so close to walking away, the receptionist was so cold and un-caring. You would think that when your spending 300 plus dollars the receptionist would at the very least treat you like they wanted your business.?? Receptionist ?? ?? ?? ?? ??Staff
