I absolutely loved my experience with Shelby. Such a relaxing , chill environment. All staff are super friendly & very up to date with their knowledge in all areas of haircare! I definitely will be going back.❤️

I went to get my hair done by Tonia who was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Tonia was fantastic - extremely personable and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about my hair and how it holds colour (after close to 20 years of colouring my hair!). I bought products that agreed with my hair - which were not pushed on me at all. I also love the ease of making an appointment and the small boutique feel. I have been 3 times and will definitely continue going!Services: Hairstyling

My daughter and I both tried Karma today for the first time. It was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My daughter (6yo) wanted a cut that was tricky for her hair type and Kamlyn did an incredible job making it work with her hair and chatting with her and making her feel super special. Kayla did a dry curly cut on my hair and I'm so happy with the cut and all the tips I received. We'll definitely be back!Services: Curly hair
