Went in for an alignment... they took it in when they said they would, did the alignment like I asked... got it pretty straight, not 100% but pretty close... charged what they said they would... didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need, and I didn't need anything anyway...

From the gentleman John at the front desk and the girls at front desk to the hard working East Indian men in the bay I was very impressed with the service , consideration and professionalism shown to Me . Very happy with the whole experience and service repairs to my car. Thank you, totally recommend.

Recently got a flat but instead of repairing I was looking to purchase 4 new tires. Family member terminally ill and many trips to the hospital so needed these tires asap. Stopped at Kal tire hoping they had the tires in stock and not have to wait days for installation. Well I had 4 new tires installed in less than an hour. These employees went above and beyond. So very grateful!
