I started going here a couple months ago for a wrist and ulnar nerve injury that happened at work. WSIB denied me over my claim but I chose to pay out of pocket either way as I needed help with my injury as it was greatly impacting my work, activities, and mental health. The cost of services is affordable and worth what you get. I must say that the staff are all amazing and friendly people. They are knowledgable, helpful and supportive. I have had a great success at my injuries healing and being able to return to my regular activities I was able to do before. Great care and service for my father who they accommodated on short notice. He was very pleased with his visit and is glad he now knows what the clinic does, having wondered what "that place" was for a long time lol.

The care I received greatly surpassed my expectations! I had a problem that, by the time I could get an appointment with a doctor (sad state of affairs for our medical system), my condition required surgery. It was worsening as I waited for surgery and a friend suggested I see Matt Shaw. I knew that I would require therapy after the surgery, but I hadn't considered going before. I call the HULC to make an appointment and although they had no available appoints until the following week -- I explained my situation and they fit me in.
