About Dawson Heights Medical Clinic
Dawson Heights Medical Clinic offers both family practice and walk-in clinic services. The walk-in clinic operates based on physician availability and patients can register in person or by phone. Patients generally report positive experiences with the physicians, describing them as attentive, friendly, and helpful. However, some patients have expressed frustration with the phone system, noting long wait times before reaching a receptionist. Additionally, some have reported negative interactions with the reception staff, finding them unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite these concerns, the clinic is praised for its caring and positive atmosphere.
Doctor Probizanski is great, he's my family doctor and he's always super accommodating. Dr Mulligan on the other hand, turned me away even though I was less than ten minutes late. I would rate higher if the staff wasn't mostly made up of jerks.
Attentive and friendly service from the front desk to the physicians! Always provide a caring and positive experience.I’m at a loss to reflect on other negative reviews and their described experiences. I wouldn’t take their opinion to heart, maybe not feeling well that day?. I’ve seen the front staff are kind and polite without question to all I’ve observed while in the waiting area.
Never have I ever had such a bad experience with a doctor's office. All of my appointments were done over the phone so I never got to meet the receptionists personally. But even so I was banned from the clinic of Dr. Mulligans practice because apparently I was "too combative" over the phone which was not true at all. When I asked about the results from my ex-rays I was told by Bella (receptionist) that even drinking a gallon of milk everyday wouldn't help with my Osteoporosis! How unprofessional can you get!
