Parking issues and a malfunctioning exit add to frustrations. Additionally, the attitude of a specific staff member has been criticized for being rude and lacking compassion, impacting overall satisfaction. Despite these challenges, many hope for improvements in the future.
I got a referral to see the doctor Dhurjon in this clinic. He was good and patient, but he was always late 😅. The clinic is always busy, so do not think that you will go in at your exact appointment time. Give it at least a couple of hours.
I love this clinic as a patient of Dr. Negro, he is a great Dr, his care and skills for his patients go above and beyond, I am blessed to have him as my Cardiologist. Thank you Dr.Negro for taking such great care of me.
I was in Canada and ended up getting a cold. I figured I should take advantage of their universal health care system (my wife always says I need to go to the doctor more often) but when I came here, everybody told me to kill myself. I don't know what that was about.
The staff was friendly, at least. 5 stars.
