The Port Arthur Health Centre offers specialist services, but customer experiences vary. While the staff is polite, some patients feel that doctors rush through appointments and overlook concerns. Parking issues and a malfunctioning exit add to frustrations. Additionally, the attitude of a specific staff member has been criticized for being rude and lacking compassion, impacting overall satisfaction. Despite these challenges, many hope for improvements in the future.
Was worried about finding a family doctor and ended up getting Dr.Bilal. She is a awesome doctor, she takes the time to listen and will order appropriate testing if needed. She is very kind and i am very lucky to have her as a doctor. Only thing i wish is that you could book online with her, they only have one doctor listed to book online for and i find that more convenient as calling you never get through or else are on hold for a very long time and whem your working you dont have the extra time to sit and wait on hold, etc.. hopefully the clinic will change the online booking so i can book with her online :)
I got a referral to see the doctor Dhurjon in this clinic. He was good and patient, but he was always late 😅. The clinic is always busy, so do not think that you will go in at your exact appointment time. Give it at least a couple of hours.
I love this clinic as a patient of Dr. Negro, he is a great Dr, his care and skills for his patients go above and beyond, I am blessed to have him as my Cardiologist. Thank you Dr.Negro for taking such great care of me.
