I bought a rug on Etsy and wasn’t sure how to deal with a strong smell that was coming from it. I reached out for advice and he was very helpful in walking me through exactly what to do deal with the odour. He clearly knows his stuff. Definitely worth a conversation if you need someone knowledgeable, fast, and responsive!
