“Division 1 rower recently graduated and came to get care here after a really horrible injury in my hip from running. was met with super well catered care that addressed my deficits and got me back to running pain free after not being able to walk. After not being able to walk 100m without pain, I ran 30km continuous this weekend pain free. Got help with getting some pretty fabulous shoe inserts for a leg length discrepancy I didn't know was hindering me until i got evened out. A little over a month ago I went in for persistent lower back pain and through a full and thorough evaluation found out that my main problem was far higher up in my spine. Since then I have worked with Dr. Egan and his wonderful team (shout out to Brittany and Shaun) at Peninsula Chiropractic of Niagara to not only solve my lower back pain but really focus on the root of the problem and build towards a long term healthy solution using the Gongstead method for adjustments.

This clinic not only helps with the pain you go in for initially but works with you to strengthen your overall self with guided steps and education. I've noticed so many positive changes that I would never have contributed to my spine and nerves in just a month and I look forward to working with them in the future to see what else I can achieve.

“I can honestly say that Dr. Mike gave me my life back. I injured my tailbone in a freak accident in New York City in 2019, and to make matters worse, a grievous error during the resulting x-ray mistakenly showed no injury. “I located Dr Minor through Google read a few reviews and he seemed to be a good choice. I injured my lower back 3 weeks ago in early Sept 2024. The issues started to get worse and by the 3rd week I was in agony! Walking and laying down become increasingly difficult. Had numbness in both arms, swelling of my right hand. Other issues need not be listed. However; I need help and the only way was through "Chiropractic Treatment". Booked an appointment was surprised how fast I was able to see Dr Minor! “I cannot recommend Cornerstone enough. After injuring my back at work, I was in an immense amount of pain and through a family member I was referred to look into them. I recieved a very quick response and was able to be squeezed in very fast.
The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and by the end of my visit, I was already feeling much better.
