If you need waterproofing done to your home, please call Ron! I hired another company to fix a leak and they did not do a thorough job. They came back and said they had to do the rest of the side of the house.
I called Ron for a second opinion not only was he informative, but he was honest and reasonable cost wise. As you can see, he left my property spotless. The job was done this past summer and after the thaw from this winter and amount of rain, the backfill and stone under my carport sank quite a bit. We had a water seepage issue in our basement from hydrostatic pressure and a wonky sump pump pit. We called Rob and he promptly came and inspected the basement. He gave us a detailed explanation of the work required and set a date for the work to be completed. Once he started the job, Rob found that he didn’t need to do some of the work as he originally planned. He was honest with us and showed integrity by doing only the work that was required. He charged us less than the original quote when he could have easily just gone ahead with the job without telling us about the need for less work. He did a great job and left zero mess. His guys were respectful and professional.

So my house turned 100 this year. This means my foundation is not what you would expect on a newer home. When Ron came to give me a quote. He was very forthcoming in his assessment of the work needed. After initial excavation, ( 5 to 6 along side wall) All-Pro brought it to my attention. That the exposed part of foundation wall, Was in great shape. But was not flush or smooth. ( Please keep in mind. That , the wall is almost 2 ft thick and when they built it. They would have built from inside out.Making the inside flush.But leaving humps on the dirt side.After setting it would have been back filled.) As I am in trades myself.
