I am a regular client at Ex Cali Nails, used to get my nails and toes done biweekly for almost two years prior to Covid-19. I must say, I like how quick they do their services efficiently and professionally. It is very affordable compared to other places in the area. I've never had to wait for my appointments EVER, it's always on time. It takes less than one hour to do a full set of dip powder manicure. If you are looking for an excellent customer service, probably not the best place to get your nails done due to a language barrier. I went there 2 times, the prices are a bit better than in other salons, but unfortunately, the quality is very poor. My first time was better, but the shellac manicure started peeling off in a week and 2nd time I did Shellac manicure just last week and it started peeling off 3 days later. Also there were some bubbles on my nail polish, but the girl didn't seem to care. The pedicure is ok, though it wasn't done thorough - I still came home and "finished" it. Love this place. My 2 daughters and I come from Keele a d Eglinton. Staff is very friendly. Never a problem with the quality and best price I've seen in the metro a d surrounding area. Highly recommend ed.
