I found this store staffs dishonest & I had very bad experience on after service. I bought a bag of cat food in Sept 16th & my cats can’t tolerated this cat food with bleeding poop for several days.We decided to return the cat food & called the Pet Valu customer service hotline. The CS told us we can definitely get the refund & she called the store to inform this refund issue.However! When we reached to the store, firstly, the staff asked us to make a replacement(which I totally understand, because they need to do the business), but we already purchased another bag of cat food. I have been to this store several times and will firstly say that all of the staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The reason for my 3 star review is I tried to return 3 cans of cat food that I purchased from the Richmond Hill location. I was told this wasn't possible because they didn't have this item in their store and that if I could find it somewhere maybe it could be done? This honestly made no sense to me and I have reviewed the verbiage on the receipt, as well as the return policy on Pet Valu's website and there is no mention of such a rule. There needs to be more consistency amongst the different stores. Thank you.

Great store with plenty of selections for what you might be looking for. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Their prices are on the higher side comparing to Petsmart.
