These guys are great. I called in with a question about a warranty issue I had with an old battery from another shop and then asked if I could get a replacement from them. They said I could, and when I got there less than an hour later, the battery was right at the counter, waiting for me. Service was incredible and everybody was friendly and helpful which sadly is rare these days. I will definitely be buying my batteries here.

I’ve been using northwest for part for the past year or so. They are quick at delivering and are pretty versatile at getting different brands for all cars pretty much. Prices are right too.

Rented a 14' U-Haul for our move. It was quick and easy. You can reserve it online and cancel anytime. We had a deal here as the truck was priced lower than other locations ($20 compared to $30). When I picked up the U-Haul (yes I still can't believe I drove & reversed in one lol), the lady was very nice and explained everything (rules, fill up b4 returning, wide turns, & payment breakdown). She also explained the invoice would be adjusted later on after the vehicle was returned. This was the breakdown. Rental charge ($19.95), Safety Coverage ($15 - guess this wasn't necessary but just in case), dolly ($7), environmental fee ($1 wtf is that?). Total... read full review
