Solid customer service! I was having trouble cloning my tag but the team attended to me very, very quick! I was able to get a read on my windshield tag and send the information over to Mr. Key Fob. A couple days later they sent me over the cloned tags and worked like a charm.
I ordered a fob from Mr. Key Fob and initially I was skeptical. I had a few issues with DHL saying my package was delivered, however it was nowhere to be found. I contact Mr. Key Fob and their Customer Service Rep Tony assisted me working out the issue and even called DHL for me. I eventually received my key fob and it works like a charm! I cannot speak highly enough of how well the key fob works, but also just how truly amazing their customer service is. Thank you again Mr. Key Fob!!!!
Copied two different fobs, one low frequency ($40) and one high frequency ($60) and even a garage door opener ($60) and everything works! I tested all of them. Got no complaints, everything was done as quickly as possible with friendly service. If I ever need another copy I'm coming again.
