I have been using Maid Pro for several years. They have always been reliable. Any time I had a concern in the past they have made it right. Stacy-Ann always does a great cleaning job!
The Pro was great as was the cleaning. However I did not like the fact that texting back & forth to the MaidPro phone number turns out to be “Maya”, an AI chatbot! This was not evident until I enquired as to why my messages were misinterpreted or ignored!
I will not be communicating in this fashion again!
Tammy did an excellent job cleaning the office. Everything was left spotless and she paid attention to detail by making sure all areas were thoroughly cleaned. Highly recommend their services!
