He made sure to explain A-Z of everything to me and was so patient at all times very accommodating and truly helped me get the best car that I wanted. I am so happy with my pick and happier that I had Alex help me with it.

Our experience purchasing a car from JLR thornhill was excellent. My wife and I worked with Patrick Zhou through the entire purchase. He understood our requirements well and helped us through the entire process. He was diligent in responding to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond our expectations. Patrick has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car arrived on time and looked fantastic. Excellent service provided by jaguar Thornhill, they were very accommodating and Mario in parts went above and beyond to find a solution for my unique problem. Tech Kevin was very nice to deal with and offered lots of knowledge and explained in great detail the work performed and concerns he had with my car. Would definately work with them again
