I purchased a used BMW from here .. Was a decent experience . Very friendly staff . Had a bit of an issue with the SUV but they fixed the problem quickly . They went out of their way to rectify the problem . Very happy . Pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with Shelly Batta when purchasing my CPO Kia here. Shelly is knowledgeable and friendly, and was patient when I tested a second car to ensure I was choosing the right vehicle for my needs. Nick was helpful, addressed all my questions and concerns about the financing terms. Overall dealing with Shelly and Nick I received great service with minimal runaround. Most importantly, they provided follow through and transparency, which was not easily found in other dealerships. Very happy with my new car!

I purchased Kia seltos picked up Tuesday 5 stars for Nicholas and Sandra they were fantastic and friendly why not 5 stars also for Faye. - 0 stars for the sales manager who didn't even bother to come and say hello or thank us for choosing them and this was not at all professional really disappointed by the manager I also noticed that the car wasn't even cleaned or polished on the back door there was still sticky glue from the scotch tape also for this reason really disappointed I work in a dealership and I see that when they deliver the cars they polish them perfectly which they look like jewels and the manager goes to the customers to congratulate and thank them for...read full review
