Chouinard Bros carried out the works in a professional manner and they were diligent in phasing out the roofing works so that Unit Owners didn’t experience any disruption. We are so happy with our new roof. It looks great. In less than a day the old roof was stripped and the new one installed by a great crew. The cleanup after was done well . Shaun the reroof manager came the next day to inspect the finished roof .It was a good experience from start to finish.

We had our siding, eavestroughs, and fascia done by Bill and his crew, they did an amazing job! He was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all our questions during the project. Our house looks fantastic we couldn't be happier — highly recommend!

We recently hired Chouinard for a full roof replacement. Chevy visited us to provide a quote. He was knowledgeable and brought decent sized samples to choose from. The work began during the week we had mutually-agreed to. The subcontracted crew led by Elmer was amazing. They arrived bright and early and had almost the entire job wrapped early that evening. They worked through cold and windy weather but didn't miss a beat. Not only were they efficient, they were professional and communicated with us throughout the day. An amazing effort was made to protect our gardens and property and the detail paid to clean up was unbelievable! They had tarped the area adjacent to the house and once the tarps were cleaned up, they went back first with a magnet and then with a blower - not a single piece of debris remained! The crew returned the next day to finish the flashing on the chimney. Chevy then conducted a thorough quality control check; he provided us a detailed email including photos. Donna in the office was also a pleasure to work with. In the end, we were completely satisfied. Great customer service, and quality workmanship. We replaced our plywood, installed better vents, and all new shingles. We also had insulation blown into the attic. Thanks Chouinard!

Chouinard Bros was hired to fix our metal roof because it wasn't done right the first time. They came to work on the roof without even telling us they were coming. While they were working, their ladder fell off the roof and smashed my car pretty badly.
They said the ladder fell because there was nothing on our house for them to tie it to and it’s windy. But they should have figured that out before they started working!
The person who dropped the ladder didn't even tell us right away. Instead, they called the builder and their office first. Then they gave us an office number and left, saying someone would call us.
The person in the office made me get a bunch of quotes to fix my car. It took almost two months of going back and forth with them before they finally paid me the middle amount to fix it.
Basically, Chouinard Bros was not safe while working, damaged my car, and then took forever to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Also if they are working at your place please prepare so it doesn’t happen to anyone.
