I have been seeing Mahtab for more than 3 months and she has done a great job helping me reducing my back pain. individualized exercises she creates are helping me in strengthening my muscles and posture correction.

You will be over the moon in such a beautiful, and relaxing environment with professional services such as massage, floating room, sauna, and beautiful warm water pool as well as a hot tub and a cozy meditation room. Ladan, the owner, is a professional laday with a big heart who will provide proffesional services both for your body and soul. Everything is ready for a joyful day: towels, sandals, hat, cream, shampoo, all day snack, beautiful tray of fruits, appetizers, dessert and amazing lunch orders, you name it! I had a pleasure of using this facility twice in this summer and can't wait to go back! Thanks so much Ladan!

This place is amazing!! Words and pics don’t do it justice. I spent the whole day here. From relaxing in the pool. To enjoying time in the hot tub and sauna. The float tank is also soo relaxing. There’s a great selection of books to read in the cute indoor hut/meditation hut.
The massage was also amazing.
The food spread is beyond words. The unlimited coffee/tea/ drinks and snacks was great. Everything you need is provided. Robes, towels, sandals. All you need to bring is yourself. The owner Laden is the sweetest women I know. Can’t wait to go back!!
