Max did a very thorough job of inspecting our attic. He was very polite and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions that we had. He also took the time to look around to see any other issues outside of our home and pointed out few things to keep an eye on. His written inspection report was very detailed and helpful. Very positive worthwhile exercise . It was suggested to do prior to listing the property so that the potential buyer would be confident that all was in order.Max was thorough, professional and provided excellent suggestions to rectify the few deficiencies. It certainly gave my wife and I as well as the Real Estate agent the confidence that everything was ship shape.I certainly would recommend Max and am open for any questions about the experience.
