“I have been going to this salon for the last 4-5 years, and will continue coming because of the phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. A couple of weeks ago, I came in for my regular manicure/pedicure and was assisted by a new nail tech. Unfortunately, it did not turn out good as it usually does and was not up to my standards. I didn’t express my dissatisfaction, I just went home quietly and unhappy. The following day, I get a call from the owner Kim asking if everything went okay and if I was happy with my nails. I was SHOKED! This was the very first time in my life that a business called me back personally and asked if I was satisfied. It baffled me that Kim saw that I wasn’t happy and cared enough to actually check in on me. I then explained the situation to Kim and right away she offered to redo my nails for free. “It's a nice hair salon. The premise is clean and easy to get to. Plenty of parking spots if you want to drive.

The staff are pleasant, friendly people.
They mostly do a great job, especially the proprietor.
If you bring a photo of what you want, they're even more likely to do a good job.
Prices are substantially cheaper than other comparable locations.

Would recommend, especially if you have Asian hair. At the moment this is the only place I trust to cut my hair right.“
