Happy with our new valor gas insert replacement. Our first one was installed in 1995. Definitely needed to be replaced Immediate initial response from Al outlining our options. Contract signed January 27 and special thanks to Ray for ensuring our fireplace was running perfectly. Thank you

We replaced our very old fireplace with a new Napoleon. Al took us through the planning and found the correct unit given our requirements. He provided a timeline which was as promised.
Today, Reza and his team came to the house on time and completed the new install, including unit and venting. The crew were very professional, making sure to protect our floors and furniture. They cleaned up continually throughout the install and spent time to show us how to operate the system.
