I really appreciate everyone working at OK Tire at this location! Great crew! They are knowledgeable without talking down to you (I don't know much about cars) and present a comprehensive list of options we then discuss. They are also great in emergencies and prompt when responding to calls or emails.

I was on a long road trip when my muffler became disconnected, have never used their services before. Fortunately we got ahold of Eric and they were really busy but understood my circumstance and had me in and out in less then 45 minutes. Honestly good customer service is hard to find these days but Eric and his team did a great job and the price was right! Thanks again! I highly recommend their shop!

They always fit me in in good time. They don't overcharge. They are friendly at the service counter. I've been bringing multiple vehicles to them and feel confident that I will always get great service.
