We called Loach's, because one of our trucks had a major rad leak, When Colin was told the driver couldn't limp the truck to his facility, he grabbed some water and drove the 5 Km to diagnose it in the truck stop parking lot. In my personal experience I've never met a dentist who cares more about his patients and their teeth. The owner has a straightforward and honest approach he's not the type to sugarcoat things. He will even go as far as to explain how the damage to your teeth came about rooting out the possible causes. He's not in this business for the money I believe he truly values his patients above all else. He might come off as stubborn but he's simply confident in his abilities and coworkers. As long as you show him respect and take his advice to heart you'll never be disappointed.
