I went with a friend to "try it out." I have been hooked ever since. I love the meditations provided, which utilize the language of self-compassion and acceptance. This studio fosters an inclusive community and features amazing instructors. Additionally, I appreciate their philosophy of giving back to the community. Highly recommend.

This Modo studio is the most amazing safe haven & community-encouraging space in Stratford ♥️ I’m 26 now and have been a part of this studio since I was 15, I don’t think that’s ever going to change! Over the years there has been such a variety of classes added to the schedule & is always growing with the community. Just overall an extremely special space ?

Had the pleasure of attending 2 classes (Yin & Hot) and enjoyed both. Was visiting Stratford from the GTA, I’m glad I came out. Both instructors were very supportive and made newbies & veterans feel at home ??♂️
