Very happy with the service I received from the team here. I’d bought a mandolin at L&M in another city and realized while in Stratford for the holidays that the instrument was having issues and needed a better setup. I took it in two days before Christmas and the team did an entirely new setup on my mandolin within a couple of hours, going as far as to replace the bridge which was incorrectly set up originally.
Not only that but the team was professional and cordial and a pleasure to interact with. I’d happily come back in the future and would have no problems relying on them for future questions or expertise. Overall great experience.
I was in to purchase a new amp cord, they didn’t have any in stock with the length I needed (back ordered) The salesman was quick to respond to sell me a cord from one of their rentals at a fair price. That’s service.

We were hosting event and our our audio equipment stopped working.
A quick trip to the Stratford Long& McQuade and they had us set up with a wireless PA headset that worked flawlessly!
