I had to write a review to mention Macy Seigner. I was in today to get a colour before a trip and my wedding. She did an INCREDIBLE job. My hair went from a light brown to a stunning golden natural looking blonde. I cannot believe what she achieved during my appointment I am truly amazed. So talented and going places in her career!
Macy@Grotto is A*M*A*Z*I*N*G!! She is a pro with understanding blonde hair and thoughtful with everything she did- my comfort always top of mind. I had highlights done and could not be happier. The shampoo/conditioning alone was the best I’ve ever had. Great location. Super clean and lovely atmosphere. The kindest staff. Excited to return for my next appointment- thank you Macy!!
I had the most relaxing appointment at Grotto - my Oura ring thought I was having a nap! I booked a long hair cut and consultation with Leah-Anne and had such an informative and comfortable experience. I learned so much about my hair and Leah-Anne took the time to make sure I was cared for. I've just booked my next hair cut and I'm sooo looking forward to it!
