Everyone here is so kind. After a lot of vet visits I sadly had to put my kitty down. The vet made sure he was comfortable (and full of treats) during the whole process. They also checked in on how I was doing and explained everything as they went. I really appreciate the care they give to the animals and their owners ❤

I want to thank the whole team, especially Dr. Jansen, for their care and genuine love for Kestrel. (A bonus shout out to Dr. Companion before her for all the tips and help since 2020!) We made a very difficult decision right after New Years and never once did we feel pressured or rushed. She was candid but sympathetic, and shared personal experiences that really helped process our choice in a very short window. Every step and what to expect was communicated clearly and compassionately by both Dr. Jansen and the tech several times. My spouse and I were a mess but we, including Kestrel, were treated so kindly.
