Pet Valu is a neighbourhood store dedicated to providing pets with everything they need to be healthy and happy. The store offers a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories. Pet Valu's Animal Care Experts are committed to helping customers find the best nutrition and products for their pets. This location also features a self-service dog bathing unit with towels, shampoo, and a water hose. The staff are known for being friendly, helpful, and personable, and are happy to answer any questions customers may have. They are also willing to place special orders for out-of-stock items.
Clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the variety of rat food was very limited. Fantastic for cats and dogs though! Love that they have the option to donate to animals in need, with the opportunity to buy a bag near the front with items for the animal with a picture and information on the front! Love a company that actually cares!

The staff at this Pet Valu are always friendly, helpful, and keep the store spotless. They always have what I need for my pets. Today was extra special when my name was drawn for customer appreciation — I received a thoughtful gift box full of cat treats, accessories, and even a water bottle. Such a kind gesture and so appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The dog baths are awesome here and don't kill my back. Store is very clean. Staff, super helpful and nice. Xmas music was nice! My dog loves it in here and yanks me around to check out all her fave things! Great selection on product. Expensive, yes and prices keep going up so Leya today on her birthday, got a duck chew stick and an Advent calendar! Plus, her bath. A quick way to spend $50... But.. I adore my dog.
