Nothing really needs to be said at this point. Go back and read bad reviews from even 8 years ago. Nothing has changed and clearly nothing will ever change.

Dr. Fennell is absolutely amazing but her work hours are limited. Emmy is such a fantastic and amazing hand and I especially appreciate the care she gives me.

The other receptionist has been unpleasant and abrasive every visit.

It's really disappointing to have to make calls over several days just to get ahold of someone. Most of the time nobody picks up and there is no other way to make an appointment. You just call and cross your fingers.

They rarely answer the phones and do not let you leave a message for booking apt - only if you are canceling can you leave message. Takes our family calling three days in a row to eventually get to speak to someone. I get they are busy as doctors are but having to call 3 different times per day for three days in a row in order to get through is crazy. Either get busy line or sent straight to the automated decline call message. They should get an online sign up for apts at some point as phone calls are so tricky with them.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the conduct of the staff at Caremedics Kanata. Today, February 25, 2026, two employees, one after the other, came out and raised their voices at my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter because she was pressing the door release button.

She is a very young child who is still learning and developing, and it is not always possible to redirect her immediately or make her understand instructions on the first attempt. As parents, we consistently explain to her that she should not touch the button and that it could break.
