We saw a sign in our neighborhood for Dr Clean Air dryer vent cleaning and called the number. Mike quoted us a good price and was able to come the same day, because he was working in Barrhaven. Mike was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained how he would clean the vent and cleaned up after he was finished. He explained how our current outdoor vent cover was not working properly and, since we had the appropriate vent cover on hand, he kindly offered to install it, and also caulked around the edges to help keep mice out. All within the quoted price. Mike went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Thank you, Mike, we'll call you again.
