Update July 25th, 2024. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. From the outset, our interaction with one of your staff, Jan, was far from the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere we anticipated. (Note: we got a call from FAYEZ and they rectify this, taking corrective actions)
