Rachel was absolutely delightful at my first appointment! Her customer service was second-to-none, with all kinds of information sent to prepare me as well as all throughout the session so I’d understand what the plan was. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and with care, and I never once felt like a “newbie”, even though I pretty much am. Her online booking system and portal are super helpful for ongoing consultation and access to my evaluation information. I was fascinated by the science of the photo assessment tool she uses, and I very much appreciate the time she takes to explain things. Thoroughly enjoy my facials at White Feather....so much so that I usually fall asleep. It is quiet, calm and I am safe and comfortable knowing that my skin condition is foremost, and I just relax and enjoy. Highly recommend to everyone

I highly recommend Rachael at White Feather Skin Therapy. Rachael is very gentle and will do a complete skin analysis to determine the best treatment for your skin. Her products are gentle on your skin, light and fragrance free. After using White Feather products for only a few days my skin felt healthy again, glowing and hydrated.
