I had a very tricky repair/replacement needed for a broken bridge on my guitar. I cannot express how impressed I was with the level of care and integrity that was taken by Leo during the entire process. Knowledgable, friendly, and skilled. Thank you again for going above and beyond. Leo and Conrad are clearly passionate and honest people that take pride in what they do.
Conrad was so great to deal with - very knowledgeable, talented on the guitar, and was very honest about the entire process. He helped me pick out a few options for a beginner guitar and even taught me some chords. Highly recommend!
Every so often you come across a business you feel you can trust, this was the case with Thorold Music. Leonard and Conrad are true professionals, humble but very knowledgable. I brought my bass guitar there to be restored after a chance drop-in. I was excited to find out that they could do the job in-house and a month later I had my guitar back (looking great), my life is much improved for it. I will continue to stop by for good information, valued opinions and future purchases. Thanks again guys!
