⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough nice things to say about Bob Berg Autopro. We recently moved to St. Catharines and when were looking for a new mechanic they came very highly recommended. Because they were in our general location we decided to book with them. We’ve only been there about 3 times (oil changes and tire changes) and when I went in on Friday they immediately welcomed me by name (which made me feel special). Upon returning home from the oil change we noticed there was a spill on the driveway and down the road (after driving my son to taekwando) but unfortunately they were closed for the weekend. I called first thing this morning and Jason was very apologetic, showed up to my house in a few hours (with some oil), took the van to the garage and was back a few hours later all fixed up. He even offered to clean up the oil on the driveway (will complete but it’s currently raining and windy). I was completely WOW’d by all of this.
We love Bob Berg’s Autopro, They are honest mechanics .The only place we will ever bring our cars , Here is a little story they don’t know some one who works there Not Jay or Bob but someone ,when I was a teenager I was filling my car with gas across the road and one of the mechanics saw my tire was super flat I had no idea , came across filled it for me and let me know I needed to get a new one . I was so thankful, honestly I feel you couldn’t find a better mechanic in St. Catharines.
