First of all….Milan Latinovic thank you SO much. You have made buying our new ID.4 a complete pleasure. You never made us feel like a number. You actually seem like you were invested in our purchase for our sake. We both completely appreciate you and everything you did for us. I've been to about eight dealers since I've been looking for a new car for my wife and then I walk into St Catherine's Volkswagen I don't usually notice people smiling but at this place I did everybody seemed like they were actually happy to be there I was greeted by Ben the salesman that made my life so easy offered me a coffee or whatever I like to drink right away we sat down he knew exactly what I needed to know when I asked him the questions I needed the answers to .He moved on to his manager which his manager Dan was awesome not like a typical manager that made you feel like you were applying for a job know he made me feel like he was there to get me a car and get...read full review

My experience at Volkswagen st Catharine’s was top-notch! Ben helped us a lot choosing our first new car!! Would recommend Ben as ur consultant for sure! He goes over everything smoothly and effectively. I would rate the Service here is at 10000%? for sure will be back for a second car in the future!!
