Excellent customer service. I went in to get a screen protector for my daughter's tablet. The employee there was knowledgeable and very helpful. After trying all the different sized protectors, we found the best one and he applied it to the tablet for me. He went above and beyond to help me, and I would definitely go there again.
Tyson was super helpful. I spent the ENTIRE previous trying to figure out why my eSIM wasn’t working on my Apple phone. I had gone to Penn Centre the Bell store other shops in there. They all tried to sell me more phones. They did a diagnostic. And they’re even the diagnostic said that I had to replace a certain part. Finally, my last resort I went to Tyson And he insisted that he just looked at my phone to try to troubleshoot and he figured out the problem !!!!the update made my SIM card readable and I was able to use my phone. He also noticed my battery was heating up so he gave me a great deal on that . I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
