What a wonderful resource we have in St. Catharines! Sean looked at my ancient MacBook Pro with a malfunctioning trackpad and helped me with a temporary solution to let me see what’s on the machine and test out whether I want to keep it.
It was also great to learn about all the services offered. As a new resident of the area and long-time Apple user, I’m so happy to have so much Apple expertise nearby for computers, iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch support. Great service! Super knowledgeable with Macs - my case was extremely complicated and I was nervous of losing files but they made sure I was comfortable with every step along the way and helped me figure out a more long-term solution. The charge for the hour was way less than I was expecting which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend coming here and paying a fee, rather than spending the money on gas to go to the Burlington Genius Bar. Well worth it.
