The two technicians Mike and Chris were great. Bought all the parts for a custom gaming pc and built it with a family member and couldn’t get it to boot. Took it in and these guys figured out the problem and had it up and running within 5 minutes! Excellent customer service!

Had a dead motherboard, and Chris, the manager, not only recalled me from the day prior, he was also able to get me the right motherboard, offered different price points, and even talked me out of spending more money on ram than I needed. Every single time I've gone here for parts, it's been a pleasant experience and we're fortunate to have a fantastic computer store like this in the area.

great customer service. one in particular. she is great, very helpful and informative. I do not know her name. but she has blonde hair. store is very ckean abdctidy. easy to see inventory.
