The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Have a Mac problem? They'll solve it. This place sets the bar for how a computer service and sales store should be, both in quality of staff and expertise in selection and service. The prices are very fair as well.
Went too them today with a damaged Mac book . Through an unauthorized repair shop (lesson learnt) .
They were honest with there assessment of the damage and a great . Friendly and understanding well giving me the bad news that my Mac book repair was a bad investment .
They didn’t push a new purchase at all . So much so that I walked to my car a decided that if I’m buying a new one might as well bet thru them . Great customer service by shawn and Derrick . I will never go anywhere else again .
