Karlene is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Love seeing her smiling face and can count on her stock to deliver. Love this store. Way more dependable than Sally's who doesn't even restock hair glue and sporadically stocks choice hair. Keep up the good work Karlene!

I love this place! I’m originally from the GTA and do like extensions so being here it was hard finding a spot to get extensions.Karlene is always nice every time I’m there so I enjoy the experience!

They are super sweet and honest people. Didn't try to upsell me and didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to a friend.
