I was in a hurry and didn’t think I had enough time for a much needed oil change but stopped in anyways. There were 2 cars waiting but within 15 minutes a bay opened up and I drove in. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assessed my needs and asked me what I wanted and completed the oil change in no time. They made me feel like a valued customer. They noticed a few things that were a little worn but didn’t try to upsell me on extras that I didn’t need.

I’d just like to say the staff in st Catharine’s are always friendly and knowledgeable. This jiffy lube is better than the one in the falls as we live by that one. Frank was very helpful and let us know the issues we might have in the future. Never any pressure at all. Thanks
