There was an initial misunderstanding regarding the work to be done on my vehicle, but it was rectified and I was very pleased with the reduction on my bill. The people who work at this Midas location are professional and friendly, and the repair on my vehicle was done quickly and to my satisfaction.
I was hearing a certain noise when driving and believed it to be something with my exhaust, so called Midas and found out they would check it for free! Making the appointment was easy, and they did find something that wasn't huge but could become a bigger issue in the future. So I made another appointment to get it fixed. Was quoted around $630 and the total came in about $60 bucks cheaper. The service was quick, and I think very fair, everyone I dealt with was great, and definitely will be going back there again if it something they can repair.
I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process incredibly easy. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for making it such a great experience!
