We were extremely satisfied with the whole process of having our older hardwood floors refinished. The finished product looks fantastic, better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their flooring done.
Jurgen and his entire team were a pleasure. They were prompt, courteous, and obviously knew their profession. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. It's so nice to see the "old school" attention to detail and customer service.

We have only good things to say about Imperial Hardwood Flooring! Jurgen, the owner, is wonderful. At our first meeting, we had numerous questions for him and we were impressed by his extensive knowledge. He never made us feel that we were being a bother with so many questions, he never made us feel rushed about anything. Chandra, who works at the shop, was extremely helpful. The installers were very professional and very neat. Jurgen stopped by while the job was being done to make sure everything was going well.
