Mike the Happy Llama what a great guy and professional! I had him come in on some extensive renovations on 2 of my condos that I was working on.I was lacking the experience and time to finish the projects. Mike was courteous and professional and did not judge me on the mistakes that I had made; we worked great together on brainstorming ideas and he had great advice. Mike was never dishonest about cost and repairs required; and if he felt uncomfortable proceeding with a task he knew someone who was affordable and reliable to help out.
