Dr Rachel is amazing, she gives time and care, she listens carefully, so passionate about her patients, she gives me options so I don’t feel pressured or stressed, gives estimates so I don’t get surprise with payments.
I know it’s not cheap but I am always sure that I get the amazing care. She also emailed me to check on my dog after an accident.
We brought our cat in from out of town for an internal medicine consultation. The Doctor was wonderful and informative. He encouraged us to observe the ultrasound and explained everything that was displayed on the screen.
Biopsy samples were obtained and we are currently awaiting the results.
The staff were caring and welcoming.
I think I’m surprised I haven’t done a Google review sooner? I swear I have and I just can’t find it? Either way, this is the only place I will ever bring a future pet to, period, and I especially advise all my friends with rabbits to go here to see Dr. Rachel.
