This place is amazing! I joined the Tired Sweaty Mom program and as a new mom looking to get back into movement I cannot say enough great things about this space. Ashley and her coaches are not only knowledgeable on postpartum fitness and the body but extremely welcoming and encouraging. A place where you can bring your baby to your workout and have zero judgement because there’s no telling how the hour will go. Fit Collective is a judgment free zone. Please don’t let the fear of thinking you’re not in shape enough, you’re too overweight or you’re too old stop you from coming. The trainers are awesome and will work with you at whatever your fitness level might be. I promise you will not regret taking that first step and just reaching out and meeting with someone … I know I don’t.
