Great service …. walked in without an appointment and was sitting in a chair within 5 minutes. Vanessa is a great stylist…listens to what you want in a cut, and makes it happen. Only giving 4 stars because like everything else the prices have inflated so much.

As a walk in, I was expecting a bit of a wait. However, it wasn't long before the stylist came up to let me I know it was my turn (maybe a 10 minute wait). Andrea was friendly, professional and made suggestions on my cut. I just came in to get my hair cut, but really didn't know what I wanted except to have it short. We had a lovely conversation also! Great experience all around!

Best place, even if you switch salons (Lake street or Vansickle) both are filled with great staff to help you with getting that fantastic look your going for. I wish I can remember their names but always great and treated with kindness that I don't have a favourite hairdress, they all are. Can't wait to try a hairdry one day cause they do great from what I've seen.
