I am very impressed with the service I received at Custom Lens Xpress. Everyone there was very friendly and so helpful. I had lost my glasses and needed new ones for driving asap. I normally wear progressive eyeglasses but couldn't wait 2 weeks to get them for holiday travelling so they offered me a single vision prescription for distance to tide me over and I was able to get them made in about 10 or 15 minutes after picking out my new frames. After the holidays I can go back and order the progressive lens to exchange the with the ones they gave me temporarily. This was so perfect. I don't know of anyone else who would offer this. I have been coming here since 2019 and I love the costumer service especially from Riley who is my go to man for things when it came to my last pair of glasses. When a couple of weeks ago I had my eye doctor exam finished and needed a new pair of glasses. I made sure that I got Riley for everything and when the red tape was out of the way and the glasses were ordered and they had just arrived today. I picked them up and tried them on and were a perfect match. I even mentioned that I would be giving Custom Lens Express a 5 star and now they have it. ?
My gold and diamond jeweller (hoang jewellers) recommended me to custom lens xpress and I’m glad they did as I had a pair of glasses that cost 700$ were damaged and bent, they were able to fix it within 5 minutes of walking , free of charge! Will definitely be going here for my next set as they had a large selection for a fraction of the price! Thanks again!
