We had a bit of an issue regarding a shower leakage that was not caught by the plumber. When I spoke with accounting the matter of payment was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I was getting the run around from multiple companies on my combo unit. I had no heat for a month, I called castle and they had the part and fix within days of the call. They will be my first call from now on.

Castle went above and beyond at every opportunity. Customer service was excellent. Spent extra time with me explaining next steps and process throughout the whole renovation. Made sure finishing touches were thought of. Highly recommend.
